I am now certified to teach hot yoga. This has been a life changing, humbling experience. I hope to find a way to teach fellow musicians yoga to stay healthy on the road. I’ve also been thinking about finding a way to start a program to teach free-yoga classes to single-parents (especially single mom’s) Big thanks to all my friends @corepoweryoga for pushing me through this.
